Thanks to everyone who came out last night to the meeting!

We have three "teams" to date:

Team 1-Jason, Scott, and Patti

Team 2-Adrian and Alan

Team 3-Alex, Chrissie, and Brent

Candids: Theresa, Jewels, and Michael (***Do you guys want to split the day up so you aren't all there at the same time?)

Natural light: Waldo and his daughter (Waldo, the Darling House was insistent that you be there!!!)

Brent and Patti can float and help out, take photos with Alex's camera for prints, etc.  Y'all can do more natural light as well.

Everyone bring the equipment you listed, backdrops, etc. 

We hope to get a group shot at the beginning of the day.  If it is nice, we can do outdoor shots as well. Any props you can think of to help prop up kids, blankets, etc would be good to bring.  Extension chords, white sheets are needed as well.

Michael is working hard at getting some donations for gifts, food, etc.

The event will run from 9-5. Aim to be there to set up around 8:30 unless you hear from us otherwise.

Finally, we are planning a potluck for Saturday December 4 from 5-midnight.  We'll have a sign up sheet at TDH for whatever food you want to bring. You will need to bring a disc with your edited photos to the potluck. Also, bring your towels and bathing suits if you want to fight for a spot in the hot tub. It will be BYOB, but we'll have some wine and egg nog for sure!
