It went out in the email update, but there was also a lot of other info there too so I didn't want anyone to miss it:

The meeting for Tuesday 12/6 is CANCELED!

Originally we scheduled this when we had managing two sites in mind, now that we're down to one again there is no need. We will see you all next Saturday.

I am working frantically to get an email update out to everyone! But for now I'll put a blub here where it's easily found!

We have had a quick change of events, as of this week the Boys and Girls Club is no longer willing to let us use their space, so that site will not be active. All of the volunteers who had signed up for the BGC are welcome to join the crew at The River, but please be patient as the coordinators work to consolidate schedules!

Due to the merger we are just about at capacity for lead photographers. Thank you all for your interest! Our photographer coordinators will be reaching out to you all very soon to confirm schedules.

I filled out the form, a couple things, I am available for 2 of the shifts, I have a photography seminar between them.  The B&G club is closer to where I live, and the other location is closer to the seminar I'm attending, so if split shifts at both locations is ok, I can do that.  I did add some equipment notes to the form, if you want to call me, we can discuss them.
