CHRISTMAS MAGIC - a night where families in need have their pictures taken, are given a hot meal and then Santa arrives and the children get a gifts from Santa.
OFFICIAL Long Island Help-Portrait ANNOUNCEMENT!
Help-Portrait shoots will begin for us on Wed., Dec. 19 at 4:30 pm.
Our group needs to begin assembling between at 3:45 and 4:00 pm.
There are 22 families. For each family having a portrait taken we need to collect an address and a phone number so that the church hospitality center can reach them for photo pick-up.
Need to know what equipment and photographers will be on site.

I'll be coming +1. I wasn't going to bring my photo gear since i figured there would be enough cameras there. I'll throw my background stand in the car, just in case it's needed.

I regret that due to my employment schedule (NYC till 6 PM) and then a previous engagement (related to Hurricane Sandy Relief) I will unable to make it tomorrow.
I have been wrestling with the schedule, but no can do. However, PLEASE COUNT ME IN FOR NEXT YEAR!
Sorry I can't be there.... to the team of photogs.... Make me proud! Keep up the good work!
This is an important thing we're doing!

Christmas Magic / Help-Portrait Long Island
Here is the schedule:
4:00 Food and photographers arrive to set-up
4:30 People arrive for photos
5:30 Dinner
Then Radio Disney
Then Santa Arrives
I will be there at 3:45 pm
I have a large winter scene backdrop / lights / camera that I will bring!
I have to find the paperwork we used last year to coordinate names with images.

I am now working in NYC and have a commitment for that night, but I will do my best to move things around to be there! I have lights! I'll try to get a background too!
