Good morning! If you still do not have anyone, I can help document and escort the families. Thanks!

Hello Michelle,

I believe I shot the pics last year with a 24 - 105.  I used an off camera flash setup for the lighting.

When you arrive, come and get me.  I will set you up for best position.

Hey everyone :)  Joanne, I can shoot the kids with Santa, Will this be shot from far away or close?  (in other words, should I bring a 24-105 or 70-200?)  I can also bring a lightstand, flash and umbrella if OCF is necessary.

Hello ALL and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your support.

Help-Portrait shoots will begin for us on Thurs., Dec. 18 at 4:00 pm.

Our group needs to begin assembling between at 3:30 and 4:00 pm.

Joanne Henig will coordinate the before, during and after shoot activities.

Jessica Hirschmann will setup and take down backdrops for the portrait shoots.

Mark Stumpf will be our head photographer for the family portraits.  He has all the gear.

WE NEED someone to document and escort our families one-by-one when it is their turn to be photographed.

WE NEED someone to photograph each child with Santa.  This usually takes place AFTER dinner and AFTER the family portraits.  Plan on arriving around 5:30 pm and leaving around 7:30 pm.

Less than a WEEK!!!  : ))))

Hello,

This is my first year attending this. Besides my own camera gear (I have a D750, 85mm and 24-70mm lenses) I have two SB-800 flashes, two umbrellas, and two reflectors I can bring. Would you like me to bring them? Also, do we need a laptop to tether to?
