Hi everyone!

At our last meeting, we discussed having a site visit to see the area you will be working in the day of the event. I won't be able to attend...not able to leave work. However, we have permission for anyone to visit the site anytime...I've included the address and phone number below.

Hair and make-up stylists will be indoors, inside the center...same locations as last year. Photographers will set up underneath the garage area which is perfect in case it rains. You can also walk the model around the facility and take photos using the hand painted murals on the walls....check our Facebook page: Help-Portrait Las Vegas to get a feel for what others did last year.

Does anyone know if the amazing make-up artists who helped last year will be on board? This is the only group I haven't heard from and it makes a HUGE difference for the models and your photos when they have makeup....can someone pass this info on to see if we will be blessed with their services again? AND anyone who is helping with makeup and hair please reply to this post.

Posters will be delivered today or tomorrow to hang on the doorways to the Shannon West Center.
