Hello All,

Firstly thank you for helping out this year. We all appreciate it, and most importantly the kids are so grateful to know people care about them enough to do this. So thank you for donating your time.

So far we have a gang load of photographers and not many makeup artists. So if anyone knows anyone willing to help in this department, it would be great.

I cannot stress enough the need for Makeup artists, this really sets the tone for the whole event. and is part of the beautification process and this part truly helps with their self esteem, since they get to see themselves in a way they have never seen before. So please ask anyone you may know, they do not have to be a "Pro, Fashion" makeup artist, they just have to be good :)

I know in the meeting some stated they would bring Props and things, we need a commitment now, if you are bringing something. Last year we had a guitar, football, skateboard, umbrellas, boxing gloves. jump rope, etc. If you have anything we could use, please bring it :) I will try to grab some stuff as well, ill bring some boxing gloves, hand wraps, and etc like last year.

As discussed in the Help Portrait forum, and also at the meetings. the center has been re-dedicated to Shannon West (whom is dying of breast cancer). and she will be in attendance to witness the goodness in all of your hearts. :)

When replying to this email, please reply to all. that we can get an email string going and so that everyone sees what each other is bringing and doing. And if you know anyone else willing to help, CC them in the email as well.

Thanks everyone for all your time and support on this, and i cannot wait to see what we can come up this year for the kids!

On...one more thing..I was hoping that the information was incorrect, because I have a Christmas Gathering at my house on Dec 4th...therefore I can not participate on that day. Please let me know what else I could do. Thanks.

Hello, I am new to this group. I am an amatuer photographer who has been working very hard on learning more! I am not sure if the information is correct. It looks like most of the information is from 2009. Is there a date set for this year? Please let me know. I would love to help if I can!
