How did it go for you at FBC Knoxville today?
Hey Kortney, things went well at FBC Knoxville today. We were already taking pictures as part of our annual Christmas Brunch, so we thought we should go ahead and register with you guys anyway.

We fed approximately 750 people in all and photographed around 450.
I just signed up to be a part of Help Portrait/Knoxville. What is the date and time of this event? I would like to participate if possible.

We'll be running Help-Portrait again as part of our annual Christmas Brunch on Saturday, December 10. Things will kick off around 9 AM when we open the doors for portraits.

We're running a new setup for portraits this year, which should improve our workflow. We'll be running with Eye-Fi cards that sync to a laptop. Immediately after the portraits are taken, the guest can select which they want to print. All prints will be run through a color laser printer that we have in-house, in addition to a color laser donated by Image Matters.

After portraits are done, guests can stay for a full breakfast buffet (biscuits, gravy, and the like) and to hear Christmas music presented by local school choirs.

Guests that would like to receive gifts from the church will be directed through the mezzanine where they can receive gifts like pajamas, personal hygiene items, laundry, and kitchen supplies.

Each year, the Christmas Brunch hosts around 700-800 guests, 450 of whom receive portraits.
