I've wanted to do this since last year. I have no idea where to start or what to do but I want to be involved. What's my first step?

I'm heading up the Knoxville event on Dec. 10 and need a ton of volunteers still. I would like 3 photography setups if possible... about 40 volunteers from 8-4pm for us and 9-3 for our guests. Location to be announced soon. Meeting with the other coordinators on Thursday.... 850-625-0853, americahenry82@yahoo.com

Hey everyone,

This year's Help-Portrait event is approaching fast and I will admit that I have been busy and not done anything on this. Would anyone be willing to take on the organizer roll this year and try and get things setup?

We have 2 locations: 1 in Lenoir City and 1 at KARM. We need to get some of the details worked out.
Anyone up for meeting Sunday afternoon/evening or Monday night?

Latest update: A pastor that works with the latino community in Lenoir City would love for us to work with his group. I will hopefully nail down the details early this next week on location and estimated number of participants. I know this is outside of Knoxville, but this is the only response that I have gotten so far. I will update everyone with specifics and a time to start planning the details out ASAP.
