Alright y'all this is our last meeting before the big day! We are going to get together at Matt Adams place this Sunday at 4:00 PM. We are going to finalize our plans for December 10th, and we are going to set up a station like we use on the big day. You are going to get to see and participate in our workflow, ask questions, and all that good stuff.
If you are coming: email me at steve@stephen-hebert.com and I will send you the address for our get together. This is a public event so feel free to share this and invite people.

If you are unsure of how you can help or if help is needed, don't be. If you want to take photos, assist a photographer, print photos, style hair, do makeup, help people get to the right photo station at the right time or even just sit with someone and talk to them and make them feel loved we would LOVE for you to come participate.

Hey everyone! There are some exciting things happening for Help-Portrait 2011.
First off, we are having our first planning meeting for 2011 THIS Sunday night (November 6th)at Coffee Groundz in downtown at 7:00 PM. All photographers should be at this meeting. The main things we need to discuss are: 1) what location we are going to shoot at (we have already been talking to some venues and will fill you in on the details) 2) how many stations we will have, how they will be set up, and who will be working where.
We will also set the date for our next meeting. For the second meeting we want to set up a station like we will have the day of so that we can give those new to HP an intro.
Last but not least, there have been some changes to the 'policy' of Help-Portrait. If you haven't read Jeremy Cowart's post, I highly encourage you to do so here:http://help-portrait.com/2011/10/the-future-of-help-portrait-2/

Hello, I am not sure if you need any extra help this late in the game. I doubt that I would be much good at makeup or hair but am happy to help where I can. I know my way around my 5D quite well but do not do much with flash..am happy to learn. Let me know please?

After our experience, this is the organizational tool we used last year. It is easy for us to sign up for specific roles and then we know (quickly) how many teams we have. Last year we had five teams to deploy to various locations. I'll bring hard copies of this tomorrow and I'm willing to type up decisions as they're made.Hi all, my name is GwynRossi and I would like to be involved with the HP 12/10. I am a amateur photographer and have some continuous lighting equipment.
I am away this weekend and pretty ify whether I would be able to attend Sundays mtg.
