If there's something going on this year I'd like to help, I'll be in Finland on Dec4th..

Oh, fantastic job that you've done this already in Finland! Are you going to have same support-operators this year too? (SPR main one and the others)

We actually did a Help Portrait day in Jyväskylä - although we weren't able to do it on the official day. We're planning on doing one this year as well, hopefully this time on the right date. You can read a blog about the day here (in Finnish):

Although last year the Help Portrait was miss in Finland, shouldn't we try to do it this year?

Hi all,
well it seem as much as we want to help, maybe people are not too interested in the idea of Help Portrait. We have been writing to more that12 different organisations and none of them have showed any interested. Maybe Niki or Irena could look at options in the Hospitals ( sick children's wards for example)

common people, what is up with you? I am back from holidays, what is new with this project? there is not much time left. Eugene, anything new from Sini? do we have people to photograph at all? place? time?

Hi everyone! Great to see we have alot of photographers participating! We also need Make-up artists, Hair-stylists etc. Also, we need people in front our cameras in order for Help Portrait to be successful. Please remember to invite your n eighbours, local community outreach programs, church organisations etc.

ok Eugene, you are right, make an FB event of it thanx. Also I tend to prefer KS if possible or similar because then we would have a solid base for all kinds of people, should there be more different social groups mixing. Also then we could provide the necessities in an easier way (food, drinks, toys, etc.) But I see Eugene's point. Let's see what Sini comes up with and take it from there.
