Please indicate the equipment you will be bringing to the Help Photo event on December 10, 2011.

Lights, cameras, printers, backdrops, muslins, etc... This will help us co-ordinate our equipment needs.

Canon 7D, variety of lenses including a 50mm f1.4 and an 18-200mm f3.5-5.6.  Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of other equipment to tote along though I do have 1 speedlite and a fairly sturdy tripod.

3 Studio lights with stands, 2 softboxes, 1 umbrella, tether cord.<- (willing to share), 50D with 17-85mm lens

Yours is definitely a go.

This is last minute I have been under the weather and missed the latest updates about this years event.

If you are still looking for volunteers I am available.

I have a Canon 5D ll with a 24-105 mm lens, a remote, a tripod, an ok flash (Sunpak pz40x) and a MacBookPro with Aperture 3 and PSE 10.

I'd be happy to come out if there is room for me. Just let me know when and where :)

Kelliannehutchinson:  We will be at City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, in the Jean Pigott room.  The event starts at 10am and ends at 4pm.  We have the room for one hour prior to the event so we can set up and1 hour after the event so we can pack up at the end of the day.

We're showing up a little before 9am.  There is parking underground at City Hall, but it is pay parking. 

I will see you all early Saturday morning then :)

I look forward to meeting everyone and helping ut with this!
