I've put an agenda together for the conference call on Monday. If you are not able to get on the call, but would like to contribute to the discussion please post here or email me. I will post a summery here after the meeting.

Agenda

1.  Beacon House

   a. Who they are and what they do

   b. Estimated number of clients (last year vs. this year)

   c. Best use of space provided

   d. How to provide tickets and how many

2. Photographers

   a.  Number of photogs shooting

   b. Who has a complete set up and who still needs a set up

   c. Who will bring their own assistants; who needs assistance

   d. How many groups/individuals/families to put on one card

3. Printers and printing station

   a. How many printers

   b. Best way to move client from photo area to printing station

   c. Crowd control at printing station!

   d. Fair way to call client to printing in the approximate order they were completed at the shooting area.

4. Any other thoughts and ideas on how to make this the best Help Portrait event ever.

It is just 16 days before Help Portrait Day and the time is upon us the photographers, videographers, MUAs, event organizers, printers and volunteers to meet to insure that this 2011 Help Portrait Day is a big success. We will in all probability have an even larger event than last year. Which means more smiles on peoples faces.
So to make it the success that we would like I am requesting that we meet at the Barnes and Noble at 555 12th St NW Washington, DC 20004 (corner of 12th & E St. NW) at 12 Noon on December 1, 20011.
I will provide you with the last information and answer any questions you may have.
