Event Date?
Hi Everyone! I was aiming to do this event on December 10 to coincide with the mainland groups, but it would work better for me (and everyone else) if it was on a later date. As of right now, I haven't heard back from the organizations I contacted and I definitely don't want to rush them.
SO... which date would work best for you guys?
Fri Dec 16 - 5pm
Sat Dec 17 - anytime from 8am-6pm
Mon Dec 19 - 5pm
Wed Dec 21 - anytime from 8am-6pm

Glad to hear that you'll still be doing this just on another date. Unfortunately, I'm unable to commit to another date since I usually work on Saturdays and I have asked for this specific date off. I will be doing something that day to be able to participate in the worldwide event. If I can make it to the date you all end up scheduling it for, I will.
