Greetings all and thanks for those who showed up this morning to plan at the FRM!
Here is what we have tentatively planned for next Saturday's help portrait event at the FRM after our meeting with Donna today.
We are going to try and shoot in two main locations, families and individuals. Donna is going to try and organize and manage the flow of people.
Here are the ideas so far.
First is the "chapel" area for med/large families with:
Station A on the left when you first walk in with some type of fireplace/book shelve setting and a solid background. (two bg options)
Station B on the steps with a tree in the background and a solid color background. (one bg option)
Station C in the kitchen area with a solid color background or another tree with other decorations in this area. (two bg options)
Next is the basement area for individuals/smaller families with:
Station D with the decorated piano and/or a solid color background (two bg options)
Station E with the tree and other decorations and a solid color background (two bg options)
We are planing to meet at the Starbucks down town around 8:15am on the 12th. Then go to the mission at 830/845 to get set up.
Station F will be for the 9 families across the street from the mission and that will start at 9am with Derek and Tahnee.
After those people are done we will come back to the main complex and shoot there.
We are planing to shoot from around 9 / 930 to 4ish with various breaks in between as needed. I am bringing snacks and drinks that will probably accommodate
several people of the crew, so feel free to do the same. Any other ideas or suggestions let the group know! Thanks
It is also important to CONFIRM WITH SOMEONE from the group THAT YOU ARE PLANING TO COME HELP! This will make it easier for everyone on the 12th. Thanks!
