Our shoot for 2011 is at the Fresno Rescue Mission, this Saturday, Nov 19th.  We still need volunteers to photograph and assistants that can upload media to a laptop and print onsite.  Please message me if you can help.  Thank you!

Thanks to all that attended the first 2011 meetup: Attending were Carl Wyble, Fabrizio Lofaro , Josh Smith and Al Kawasaki. Discussed the shooting areas at the Fresno Rescue Mission, need for assistants, shooting groups and individuals.  The FRM hasn't given a date yet.  Al will email the FRM to get a firm date for the shoot.

 

Fabrizio and Carl will network with school/college folks for more volunteers.  Also, may find an additional venue, like the Ronald McDonald House.

In addition to the main shoot at the FRM, volunteers may be forthcoming for the FRM Fundraising Banquet.  This event just needs a paparazzi flavor.  Lots of flash to light guests, images are secondary.

We'll hold another meeting after a firm date is established.

Saturday evening, October 15, or anytime Sunday, October 16 works for me.   Weekday evenings, after 5:30 pm is okay, too.  We don't have a shoot date yet, but can discuss how the past event(s) were shot. I'll email the group and see what date/times are best for them.

Ok, this week sucks for me, but I'm free Saturday evening and all day Sunday, and several evenings next week. Should we poll other members or just go ahead and set a date?

Okay, evenings any time after 5:30 is good for me. Or almost any time on weekends.  Haven't yet received a date from Donna at the Rescue Mission.
