Hey folks! There is planning happening... it's taken a little while to get things going this year, but it's gonna be awesome! I'm waiting to hear about a venue. Based on what we did last year, these are the main needs we have for the event.

Overall Needs:
Onsite Printing
Frames for prints and crafty supplies for kids to decorate the frames
Live entertainment (Christmas Carolers or a Santa?)
Snacks

Pre-Event Volunteer Needs:
Someone to write press releases and contact media
Contact / Liaison person to spread the word to local charities

Day-Of-Event Volunteer Needs:
Registration Table
Greeters (to get people comfortable while they wait)
Stylists/Makeup Artists
Photographers
Photographers' Assistants
"Printers"

Hi Jeremy, we are also organizing a Help-Portrait event on Dec. 4 at Everyday Joes. Would love to coordinate with you... it will be great to give people options about what day they can come! Right now we are working with Crossroads Safehouse, the Alpha Center, the Child Advocacy Center, and Foster Care. Let me know what you're planning so we can network it up!
