Hi all...you sound like a very high energy group! Its Tuesday PM and I'm just now getting to e-mails. Looks like I missed a get together. Here is my situation...my wife and I care for two disabled individuals 24/7 @ our home in Wheat Ridge. I am a paint/drywall contractor and I have been busy doing same lately, hence my free time is minimal. I do want to be as active a particpant as time constraints will allow. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you all. Gary Rhodes

Hello R. Lewis - Glad to see you. First I would suggest if you have secured your location to shoot, have a contact/resource person lined up who you can use as a liaison to deliver prints to and the families can pick their prints up from. I have suggested using a "ticket" process for tracking. You can find raffle/tickets at office supply stores, Walmarts etc.....they are 2 part tickets with numbers, one part usually has space to write name etc..... You would take the ticket pairs and give one ticket to the subject and the second ticket with the personal information on it (either completed or left blank, doesn't really matter, personal preference) and shoot one image of that ticket number before starting to shoot your individual, group, family...... At the end of the day, when you have your prints finished you can pair them up with that ticket, to deliver to your contact/resource person which makes the work flow much easier.
I have also used "white boards" to write names etc, however; that doesn't help with delivery unless you plan to print those white board shots or make some label process.
We would love to have you join us at Stella's tonight or at any of our future meetings and as always keep in the loop on this wall.
Regards ~ Katherine

I just found out that there will be around 100 families!! Any ideas on how to handle printing or image fulfillment?

Hi everyone, I am from the Conifer area, and wondered if someone could post updates to the meetings that have and are happening? I am working on a small session up here at the Mountain Resource Center. But would be interested in what you have going on down there too. My session may not have many attendees, so I could come down in the afternoon possibly.
Any info you all have would be great!
Thanks.

I'll be there tomorrow as well! Katherine and I met at the Urban Peak event today. We had the opportunity to meet with some of the people involved with the organization. They are having a meeting tomorrow and will be contacting me with more information. I hope to have that for our meeting at 6:30. :) See you all tomorrow!

I should be fairly open to evenings this week. Whatever works for you all, but my preference is for Tuesday evening.
