I have the below list of folks signed up to help out with editing. I do not have most folks contact information so I am going to attempt and use this forum for help confirm what I put together. Also if there any member out there what want to help out with editing as well, just let me know.J
I put together the following schedule. We need coverage from 10-4:30 and would like 3 editors at a minimum available during each hour. Please let me know if these times are good and I tried to ensure there were no conflicts with the photographer/assistance schedules.

Got it! See you Saturday.
Permalink Reply by Tim Norman on December 8, 2011 at 7:29pm Mike, I'm still bringing my laptop if you want to use it. And I will likely be available once the photographers get started and settled in.

Permalink Reply by Andy Johns on December 9, 2011 at 10:13am Just a note for anybody editing to remember to bring a power strip or 3 prong power extension cable if you have one. Not sure if we'll need it, but bring it as well as anything else you think you might need.

Permalink Reply by James Munson on December 10, 2011 at 12:53am Just to raise a point regarding the editing process. I would suggest letting the photographer format the card once it has been given back to them if they wanted to. If they didn't want to format the card then, they would just know they would have to use a new card as they shot more sessions. With this year being the first year we can post images online, with the subjects permission, I don't think it would be right to format the cards as part of the editing process. Especially when we are having the editors clear off their computers at the end of the day. Sorry this has been brought up so late, just went back and read through the posts and thought of this.
