I sent an email to Katherine letting her know I was available on the 10th but my name is not on the list--I have a Canon Rebel T1 but limited portrait experience--would be happy to assist other photographers or just help out wherever needed.

I have a Canon 7D, 1 flash with a small softbox. I can also bring a laptop with Lightroom 3.

Hi,

I posted on the help-portrait page saying I could volunteer-but don't see my name here.  I have 2 studio strobes, background stand, softbox, the works. also can you tell me the hours for the event on the 10th?  I couldn't find that info.

Lisa,  Sorry I did see you but somehow your name didn't get on my spreadsheet.  Sorry about that!  I have you down :)

Event is from 10am to 4pm.  We will need some volunteers there at 8:30 am to set up and some volunteers there until 5:30pm to take down/clean up. 

Just let us know when you will be available that day.  I will have a volunteer time slot sheet posted here and at the meeting on 12/3.

Also, Lisa - if you can plan to bring your background stand and other equipment with you on event day, that would be perfect.  If it stays in the car the whole time, not an issue, but we would like to have it available.
