The Help Portrait site in the Edgewood/Brookland community will be held at the Beacon House at 601 Edgewood St., N.E. in Washington DC on December 4,2010.
The Beacon House provides educational, cultural, recreational and athletic programs to approximately 400 at-risk youth age 5 to 18 who primarily reside in the Ward 5, Edgewood Terrace neighborhood in Washington, D.C.

Raymond, I had shown interest in another group (Reston, VA) because it was closer but absolutely no response in the last week. If you are moving ahead with your event, I could join you. I have done a couple of Help-Portrait events and I o have a simple portable studio set-up. Let me know if your event has been organized and what I might do,
