2011 Help-Portrait Dayton Event

who we are helping: very low income families, we hope to partner with several area non-profits that provide various services to low-income families and at-risk youth to inform about the event.

There is a word doc attached that is a donation request letter. Please be sure to fill in the blanks and customize it from you and specific to who/what you are requesting.

Kathy...we have not started planning the exact details of this years events yet but we will be glad to have your help! More details will come in the next few weeks. If you would like to be more involved in the planning than just helping the day of, just comment on the discussion I started above. I'm going to try and get an initial planning meeting together soon.
Is there any way of purging last yrs Dayton HP stuff? When you view the site it's all old stuff & you have to weed through it looking for new stuff. Thanks for considering.
