Cost: $40 per hour (for custodial services since it is not a school function). Erinne has a possible person to fund this cost, but if not, we discussed each of us paying for 1 hour. The total cost is going to be $200.

Next Meeting: We are planning on meeting the Friday before the event at the school sometime after 5:00. Allison is checking with the school and will let us know when to arrice. We will use this time to set up and figure out the flow of the day.
Flow of Events: 1. People arrive

3. Make-up & Hair
4. Take photos
5. Edit & print photos (give them a choice of 3 photos to choose from and then print 1) They can eat/drink refreshments while they are waiting for any of the steps.
