Spoke with a representative yesterday from Mission Arlington and they are excited about the project! We will be working out some details over the next couple of days... Looking forward to a great time.

Sorry I missed Tuesday's meeting. Will try to make the one on the 1st. I've got a few photographer friends here in colleyville and we're working with Grapevine High School's Principal to try to organize some senior portraits for economically challenged families as a part of the effort...

Date 12-12-09
Time: As of right now we will be shooting from 10AM to 3PM (Set up hour before event)

Location: 1516 West Pioneer Parkway Arlington TX

We will have a least 4 rooms to operate from and a large hallway that we will be able to use for check in/waiting area

How many? Around 30 families Mission Arlington is current putting together a scheduled based on 3 photography stations roughly 20-30 min for each family.

Our next organizational meeting with be 7:30 PM December 1st Panera Bread 1409 N Collins St Arlington, TX

Immediate need for hair/make up artists!

Not sure how long the meeting will last I would say around an hour.. We will start set up around 9am on the 12th.
