Help Portrait Chicago Meeting: Wednesday 12/7

Hi All -

We are having another planning meeting for the upcoming events.

Day: Wednesday night, December 7th
Time: 7:30 pm
Location: Park Community Church
1001 N. Crosby (enter at the entrance by the parking lot)
Free parking available

Devin will send a second e-mail/notification confirming the meeting time, room and other special details. Please be on the lookout for that e-mail tomorrow or early Wednesday.

If you are planning on volunteering at one of the remaining events and have not yet filled out the volunteer form, please do so ASAP: http://bit.ly/HP_Chicago_Form
We need an accurate count of how many we have to ensure each site is properly staffed. If you know anyone that may not be in the group but wants to help, please send them to the form.

We're still fundraising! People can donate here: http://bit.ly/HP_Chicago.  Devin can also collect checks made out to "Help-Portrait."  Cash can also be accepted, and all donations are tax-deductible.

is this meeting for ALL volunteers, regardless of which event you are participating in and what your role is?  or is this specific to the photogs and organizers?  i am volunteering as a makeup artist and will attend if needed

Hey Anna - Sorry, somehow I missed your reply. I'm up in the north 'burbs like you, so I know it's hard to get to. We did have a Google+ hangout going. Bryan joined us there. I happened to be in the city to hang at some of Jeremy Cowart's event and meet him with Devin. On Google+ circle me and Devin so we can add you next time. We will probably have another one for the Park event next week.

Perfect thanks! I was stuck in another part of the city, but yea most of the time im in  northwest suburbs so Google+ meetings would be wayy more convenient. Thanks Jim! I'll join you both now. Hope you guys enjoyed Jeremy's event! I want to hear all about it!
