Volunteers still needed
Help Portrait is days away, and we need your help!
Please see the other forums on this page asking for help and reply with your interest and availability. We have over 50 people signed up as volunteers for this event, and we'd like to have everyone in assigned roles and time frames before the event.
We appreciate everyone's willing to help, and want to utilize everyone to their full potential.
This is such a great cause, and it's going to be a great day. Don't miss out!

It might be helpful to have some sort of google doc where people can sign up in particularly spaces for activities and times.

Hi Laura,
Good idea. Because we've had some good discussions here on the forums, I've asked each of the area captains to update their post to indicate who they have signed up already, and how many (and what times) people they still needed. Be on the lookout for that in the next day or so, and hopefully we can match up all of our great volunteers to a time when they are needed.
