CHP Volunteers, 

As some of you may remember from our meeting earlier this month, I wanted to reconvene later to find out where we are out in our planning process. 

If you're free, I'd like to invite you to attend a VCON on Wednesday, September 29th from 8 - 9 p.m.

Nick - are you planning on using the "Users Viewing Now" with message chat window just above the spreadsheet on the right? This is the only thing I can find that has a chat window.

chrisdscott: thx Nick. Now that we have secured a location, the RFP will be written up for the media outlets and I will start approaching them next week to secure radio, TV, and print spots

I've got all the POCs for the media that I need and the RFP for spots will be all written up and ready to present

i'd like to channel all the comm through there rather than going through a ton of channels
i know its annoying to have another site to check, but if we're going to ask all these other orgs to play, we can require them to become CPMG members
