If you are not on this list, please feel free to add yourself and if you are on this list please confirm or add the time you will be available by filling in the cells that represent the time you can assist. Hey everyone, My name is Ron and I am in charge of rounding up shooters for the event. We currently have 3 main shooters including myself. I would like to have at least 5-6 more that can also shoot that day as main and assistant photographers. We plan on having 2 main stations on stage, one baby/infant station, and one overflow station. Our thought is that we will pair up into groups of two per station and have one main and one asst. photographer which can rotate amongst themselves. If we have more photographers than stations we can also rotate stations every so often so that everyone can get an occasional break. Please let me know if you would be interested in assisting as a shooter and the amount of time you can dedicate that day.

Would love to help. I have camera, lights(AB400&AB800) and a G5 imac if needed. Im new to this so let me know when and where you need me. I can be available all day until 8pm.

Hey Ron- I would love to help out as a shooter! I can stay for the whole event. I may need a little help lighting subjects properly, but I think I'm up to the task overall :)

I replied to Nick as well- I am glad to help wherever I am needed. I would love to be a shooter if you still need people. I shoot with a D700. I am available from 9-5 or so.
