I just heard from Dick Thomas a gentleman in my camera club (Charlottesville Camera Club), and he'll be there at 10:00 to lend a general hand with anything that needs to be taken care of.

I've heard from 2 additional volunteers that will be showing up to lend a general hand: Lucy O'Dell, and Elizabeth Petofi. Another friend - Jean Norum has also volunteered to bring us some muffins or hot bread.

I plan to come for a couple of hours in the afternoon. I have a portrait session in the morning that may get cancelled- so if it does, I'll be there around 11 or 12. If I have the portrait session it will be closer to 1 or 2. I also am telling all my students about the event, so you may have some CHS photography students show up to help! What should I bring?
