Information

Charleston MUSC Kids, SC USA - 2011

This is a group that will focus on taking portraits of kids and their families who are receiving treatment at MUSC Children's Hospital. This will not take place on December 10th as weekends are not a good time for the hospital to host us, so we will be doing it on the 9th of December.

I've posted the Help-Portrait MUSC Kids Announcement on my website today. I'm hoping to spread the word - We need some creative help this year!

@Kristi - nothing has been set just yet - I would like to give people who weren't there this week a chance to participate though, so don't count yourself out!

Hello- Sorry I messed the first date..I had alot going. I have a laptop with Photoshop on it as well. I'm sure you already have the 5 picked out for the date. But if I'm needed as a back up , I'm able to do it! :)

Joe;
Barring illness I will be there on the 16th. I have a PC laptop with both Lightroom and photoshop on it and can do broad edits pretty quickly. It would be nice to be able to provide prints. I can bring my camera equipment but perhaps me being behind my laptop may be the best use of my skills for time's sake.. others can photograph, bring me the cards and I can make quick edits. I have a CD/DVD burner in my laptop, too. I'll see what I can accomplish regarding a printer, too. I am so disappointed I missed the experience on Monday... glad you got to share the joy with these special children and their families. I'm taking my vitamins and staying away from sick people!!!!

We're donating our printing services and will deliver for 25 cents per 5x7. Please use promocode 12410ncsc when ordering for the Help-Portrait discount. To learn more visit http://www.hdphotolab.com/Help-Portrait.htm or let me know how we can help further. Don

As a father of 5 children I would love to give back to the hospital where 2 of my children have had surgeries. I will do what I can to bring joy to the families that are there during a trying time and a holiday season.

I would love to help. We have spent a Christmas Holiday in a Childrens Hospital before and know the tremendous impact this will have on the families. Thanks for spear heading this Joe.
