Erich,

I'm not much of an organizer either, but I'm working on expanding that a bit this year.... :o)

I am now the President of the Linn Area Photo Club for 2013 so I need to step up a bit this year on involvement and ideas / planning, etc.

I'll try to keep the H-P toward the top of the list and see what kind of involvement I can get out of the club members. Ryan Taylor is a member too so I'll see if we can tag-team this a bit.  :o)

Thanks for joining us Maria, although I really failed at getting anything organized in time.  I could make all the excuses, family, holidays, etc...  but it just makes me feel all the more selfish that I didn't take the time to help put some smiles on faces this year.  :(  Well, we have a whole year to figure it out again, possibly find a more organized and experienced leader for our group.  :)

i am still available, but i have joined the iowa city group as well (i live in IC).  there are only two other members there, so i'm not sure anything will come of that group...but i do want to contribute somewhere for HP 2012!

You can add me to the list as well. I'm normally a landscape photog but I've been doing some Sr. pics the last couple years and doing my first wedding this year as the main shooter. I'm also a client at Horizons as a homicide survivor. Email me updates since I check that more than the web.... or catch me on G+...... I'll do what I can to help

Erich - another great idea - (made possible signs) that's where I thought Horizons was a good fit as we might well be helping some of their clientele. Yup...we keep this up & we will be ready to hit the ground running!
