Last Minute Whatevers
We're down to the wire! After all this planning, its TOMORROW!
EEEK!
For anyone who is still unclear, we are meeting at the church at 8am to start setting up. A couple of serious morning people may go earlier, but our "official" time is 8:00.
Our first clients are scheduled to begin their photo session at 10:00, meaning that they will be arriving between 9:30 and 10:00. Our Makeup and Kid's activities need to be ready to go in time for these arrivals. Photographers need to be ready to start shooting at 10:00. If you are not sure how to help, find someone who looks stressed and ask them what they need.
Maybe the first thing we should set up is the coffee pot!
Warning... I am so NOT a morning person. In fact, I can sometimes be rather stupid in the morning... especially if I'm cold.. (Please speak slow and use small words, lol )
I also twisted my knee and will be moving with caution especially on stairs.
I'm excited! This is going to be great!

I am dropping off the Pipe and Drape tonight and will set it up at 8am don't want to get Steve out of bed too early.
I also met with Trent at his studio today he will bring extra equipment including some stools, lights, and backdrops he is willing to share. His studio is less than a mile from the church so it may be possible for him to run get extra stuff if we really need it.
This is going to be a wonderful day!!! This is one awesome group of volunteers!
I am a morning person so watch out for me!!!! -

Oh yeah... I was supposed to bring stools too.. do I still need to bring a few? I have 2 or 3. And if I don't put them in my car now, I'll forget!
