Hey everyone.....they are ready for us Wed and TH....we will get there around 1:30 Wed to set up.....the first one on schedule isn't until 4 so if you can't get there right at 1:30 don't worry....but for those bringing backdrops etc, if you can at least try to get there by 2. She has people signed up from 4-6 both days and hopefully some random ones at 3. Wed will give us an idea of what the flow will be like. About 10 people each day for hair and make up but again, they have signed up so everything should space out ok. 

Don't load everything out of your car until you come in and find where we will be

both days 3-6pm but it probably won't be heavy until 4 so not all need to arrive at 3 unless you just want to

Also, any of you first timers.....if those dates don't work for you or you're not interested , I encourage you to find a location around you or near you and create your own location

Hello to new people that have joined this year.....here is what we know for now and you can decide what you would like to do. There are a total of 9 photographers as of this date so we really won't need anymore after today , I don't want to tell anyone they can't come but I don't want you to be bored either....our dates are Nov 30 and Dec 1 at Renovation Church on Hertel Av. Buffalo, NY .We will be photographing the after school program offered and some of their family members. We will arrive on Nov 30 at 1:30 for set up....new people, all you will need is to bring your camera, the rest of you from prior years know what to bring. We are scheduled for 3-6pm. The director said more kids will be arrive at 4 . There are about 55ish kids in the program so I don't know how busy etc. She is having sign ups so that will give us an idea of scheduling. New photographers that signed up this year you can come both days or pick one whatever works for you and again you should only need to bring your camera. You can message me any questions. Thanks!
