Thank you so much to everyone who took part in this year's event. You all worked so hard and it wouldn't have been possible without each of you!! We totaled 29 participants today!
Because we have a TON of supplies left, we're hoping to set another event up soon. I'll keep everyone posted as details come.
Again, a big thank you to everyone! You guys are amazing!
John, one map shows the first floor where the photographer stations will be. they'll be in both rooms to each side of the hallway. the second map shows the basement where we will have the sign in and refreshments. this is where the participants will wait. the third map is just an outline of the process participants will go through.
Just a quick question which map are we for the setup there is 3 maps , I was going to say we would be in the middle?
We'll hold our second planning meeting at 7pm Friday, December 9th. The mall seemed to work well last time, so we'll meet in the food court. This time, in the booths closest to the main entrance (by the Christmas tree)
If you are interested in volunteering this year, please put your information into the spreadsheets below so I can keep track of who we have and what we need. We will set up a meeting very soon! And will hopefully be able to announce our location by the end of this week!
