Hi! I had an idea regarding the ue of the forum this year: why don't we start with 6-10 discussion topics, to avoid a single lengthy discussion? Like "Venue - gear - meetings - hair and makeup - post & print - everybodys contact info"

 

Also we can use shared Google Docs or DropBox to share documents or entire folders, so the links don't get lost in the forum. I often share a single DropBox folder with clients, so they can see if something has been added. This could a good place for meeting reports, call sheets, floor plans, sponsor dossiers and contact lists?
