Hi Gang!
Just a few more hours until Help Portrait 2011 is underway here in Baltimore!  We're so excited, and hope you are too.  Here are some last minute reminders for everyone.
Arrival: 8:30 AM for Captivate folks, 9 AM for Helping Up Mission

What to Bring: Photographers should bring all of their gear, technology team should bring whatever computers, power supplies, extension cords they have offered.  Do you have a memory card reader? Please bring it.  Mark your stuff if you can.  Everyone should come prepared for a long and fun day, with a great and positive attitude.  If you have some snacks to provide for the guests, that would be much appreciated.

Lunch: We were unable to secure a donated lunch this year, so we will be ordering cold cut subs from Subway, and we'll be providing drinks and chips.  We ask that everyone bring $5 to cover the cost of lunch.

Attire: Please be mindful of the surroundings we will be in. At Helping Up we will be around men who are struggling with homelessness and addiction.  At Captivate there may be gang members as well as people who have other addictions and struggles.  Please don't wear t-shirts that would promote substance abuse or could cause a concern for the people around us.  No hats.

Questions: If you have questions for your specific locations, you can find the details for Captivate and Helping Up on the message board.
Thank you all for the time and effort you are putting in to this event.  You are all appreciated.
