@Alisa, I would like to know more about for who and where we might be doing this? I can give you a basic donation need once you have a handle on how many groups this might be.

James no worries just wanted to keep you in the loop as best i can.  we are working on seeing if we can get some donations...please bear with us.....we are new also but very excited and want to basically do a great job so this will be the 1st of many events in the years to come

@Alisa, I was responding to Kevin. I was not bugging you. I am new to the group. I have been a commercial photographer in advertising for 40 years. I have done trade shows in the past as a side job taking photos of children at hobby shows. I have a setup to shoot and print on location as well as a laptop so customers can view the photos taken. I am willing to donate my time and equipment. I am hoping for donations for material costs.

I'm still working on your question please bear with me.  I haven't forgotten you.  Can you tell me what did you guys do last year? Did you print up all the photos on the spot? And the families were able to take with them?  I see that somethings were donated.

@Scott, having someone on top of the prints and customers is sometimes more important than shooting. Making the customer feels comfortable and relaxed before and after gives them a great experience.

@Alisa. We have photographers ready. We need to know how many, estimate, and if any funding or donations available for materials, paper, ink etc? Then a date and place.
