Wrapping Party - Monday December 21st
Hey everyone! Please join us on Monday, Dec. 21st for the final phase of Help Portrait! We will be hosting a wrapping party to wrap our framed 8x10 photos to give to each family.
There are 2 times we are looking for people to help.
At 10am, I'll be there to start the setup. Getting the photos sorted and ready to frame. We also have envelops for the the 5x7. Anyone wanting to help, please show up at the Midtown location at 10am. We will work on this until we are done and possibly start on the wrapping depending on how things progress.
At 5pm, we will formally start the wrapping. So if you are working on Monday and want to help, this is the time slot for you. We are only there until 8pm and we have to be finished by then.
If you can join us we're asking that everyone bring a pair of scissors, a roll of wrapping paper, and some clear tape to contribute towards our cause! Hope to see you there!

Apparently when you have master gift wrappers show up at 5pm, amazing things can happen. First, I want to apologize to the folks that showed up after 6pm. In between Cat and Amy, they were wrapping machines. Alan, Andy and Reagan sorted helped :) but they knocked out 100+ frames in less than an hour. Which was totally not expected.
Anyway, with wrapping down, this year's H-P ATL is a wrap <-- get it? Wrap...Nevermind.
So where and what do we do next, well thing for next year are in the works. If you are interested in planning for next year, let me know. -
