Woodstock location - Volunteer list & Meeting
Hey everyone,
I am working on assignments for our site, and have a few that have not confirmed with me. Below is a list of the volunteers for our site. If you are on it and have NOT received an email from me, please let me know. I will be gettig the assignments done as soon as I hear from everyone. If you have a star by your name I am waiting to confirm with you!! :-)
Also, if you are available I'd like for everyone to meet at the site on Monday at 6:30 so that you all know where you are going, where to park, and we can do a quick run through on the day. The day of we'll be setting up at 7 am., and have a pre-meeting at test shots at 8:30. We start shooting at 9!! Thanks so much to all of you for volunteering your time! As of right now we are at 50 confirmed families, and expecting another 25-50. Not anywhere near what we were initially anticipating but still great!

Here is some info. on where to go to get to the church:Take 92 toward Roswell, turn onto Neese Rd. Most of us will be turning Left coming from the 575 area. Turn right into the 2nd driveway. Turn left into the parking lot at building A. We are in the fellowship hall. See pictures for details.

Hey aubry I don't know what it is off hand. I will have to look it up. I think technically its a hwy 92 address...u want to go in off of Neese rd tho. Can u text me and i'll get it to u. 678-464-3079..

I'm not aware of any activity from the group I joined but it looks like you can use another volunteer. I live near the Woodstock/Roswell area. I am out of town and won't be back until Tuesday night but I'd love to help on Saturday, photography, post-processing, staging, etc.
