I have combined the volunteer schedule and equipment schedule into one document. I have closed this thread down. Please refer to the volunteer schedule.

Few comments about volunteering equipment.

1. It can be used only by the photographer who owns it. So, if you are more comfortable with that, that is ok.
2. We don't need the equipment all day, but we wouldn't mind. See above or if you can only help out part of the day etc.

Have more questions, just post them here.
I do not have lighting equipment. The most I have is one stobist style light stand/unbrella for my SB800, I could land another SB600 and if I can use the pocket wizards, but that is the best I got. unfortunately my camera does not have a built in commander.
I've got a background stand, poverty wizards (2 trans, 2 receivers), and one strobist student kit (umbrella, stand and flash) if needed.
are we going to shoot with the same camera at each station? I have my d300 available if needed. don't mind other people using it.
We don't need cameras as much as background stands, backgrounds, stands, lights etc.

Gotcha, I'll ask around and see if anyone has something we can borrow.

I've got one JTL Versalight 300 that I can bring, as well as 2 light stands and a single convertible umbrella (can be either shoot-thru white or silver reflective), if those are of any help.
Everything helps! Thanks. I'll make note of it.

Hey Frank, I have the following that may be used all day at the midtown location. Assuming 2 lights per setup, I've got enough for 2 setups, but not quite enough triggers. I do however have a couple rather long cables for the possibility of running wired.

2x Alien Bees B800
1x Alien Bees B1600
1x Alien Bees ABR800 Ring Flash with moon unit softbox

3x 13' light stands
1x 10' light stand
1x short background light stand
1x boom arm

1x 28" Westcott Apollo Softbox
1x 30x60" Softbox
1x 60" Umbrella
1x 22" Beauty Dish with grid
4x Grids ranging from 10º to 40º

3x CyberSync Recievers
1x CyberSync Transmitter

1x Background Stand
1x Superior Seamless Arctic White Paper Backdrop (9ft wide)
Awesome!

I've got 3 flash units.
-Canon 580EXII
-Canon 430EXII
-Canon 430EX

Pocketwizards
- 2 PlusII
- 1 MiniTT1 (Canon

Umbrellas
- 2 42 inch shoot through
- 1 60 inch convertible

Lightstands
- 2 stands (only 2 have umbrella bracket)
- 2 lighth/reflector stands

Reflectors
- 1 32 inch
- 1 42 inch

I might get a 28 inch softbox by the time the event rolls around

Since I'm at the Georgian Hills location, I'm willing to loan and help out. We can discuss based on needs.
I figured I'd better mention that I don't have any wireless triggers for my Versalight - just the sync cord, and of course it can trigger off the light sensor, so if we're shooting with pocket wizards or the like it'll need one.

I've also got a single SB800 with my Quantum Turbo battery and a small Lumiquest softbox that I can pitch in for any help that it is, but I don't have the Strobist-style light stand or umbrella mounts for it.
