Quick note about the volunteers assignment schedule. Although it may look full and we have complete coverage, there are many folks that go the whole day without a break. So, having more people to help provide breaks, fill in on those that have to leave early etc is important. I will keep revising it as people volunteer.

I received a few emails about volunteering for the photographer spots. We have had an overwhelming response from the photographers. I will revise the volunteer schedule to give as many photographers an opportunity to shoot as possible.
Please post a message in the location thread where you want to help and we'll try to accommodate your request. Same goes for all volunteer requests.

Thanks Joon. I will take you up on the offer. This is also a note for everyone else concerning the schedule, you are more than welcome to hang out and help even if you are not scheduled to do a task. There will be something to do.

Hi Frank,
I wrote you a while back offering to help out. I have a set of hensel integra 500's and a canon 50D and a 5D Mk II. I live out between Douglasville and Hiram on the west side of Atlanta. I offered to work where I was needed as I couldn't figure out where that would be from the info available then.
I just looked at your Volunteer Assignments list and didn't see me on it. If I'm not needed, that's alright. I just needed a confirmation that is the case.

No, Richard you are needed, I just haven't revised the volunteer schedule with everyone that has stepped forward yet. I'll look at it again today and post another version.
