First thanks to those who had a chance to come out. I thin kit might be helpful to have another in the next few weeks. Plus we'll be planning an all volunteer meeting closer to the December 12th date.

Here's a recap:
Need to firm up the photographer process; set protocol and guidelines - i.e. what set-ups they should be shooting. 1 group family shot and 1 group kids shot etc.

Cat Gottemaker is looking into getting a discount on printing and frames from Costco. This will also determine what the families receive. Current thought is one framed 8x10 of the family and small prints of the kids. This needs to be finalized.
