We are building our team back up, it looks like we have two full set ups for cameras, lights and backdrops.
Confirmed Mark O., Reggie, Karen (Journey), and myself.
Still need more volunteers as well as a better handle on the shooting conditions. Mark is looking for ceiling height if you hear from Karen.
We are still a little short on help.
We could use an editor with a laptop and maybe a runner.
Additionally, one of our primary photographer's is concerned about our set up.
We are working with street wise to come up with alternatives to our current set up.
I'm good on volunteers. Still locking down equipment for 3 stations. I have two definite and will know about a third later today.
Jim should we start a start here discussion for the new ppl coming in this week. One with an update on which sites need what? I started to do it this morning, but had to leave, and have just gotten back.

Dina and I are in contact with Anthony at the FF in Decatur. I'm waiting to hear back from him. We officially only have 4 of us from the forum helping, but my wife and possibly another few friends may help out. I think we'll have 2 studio setups and should be able to handle the 25-50 families expected. More to come...
