All, this is the list as of this moment, there WILL be changes. One site cancelled today and two more were finally officially finalized.

 

Many of the volunteers had +1 or more, please make sure your site leader is aware of who and what you plan to bring on 12/10.

 

Leaders, all sites except Bankhead Hwy and Lawrenceville Housing are expecting 50 families or less.

IF you have enough people and equipment, consider asking a few people to consider moving to some of the more sparsely filled locations.

I was at the meeting last night and would like to be a volunteer photographer for Decatur as well.   I'm glad others have volunteered to lead Decatur. I also have 2 backdrops and  Speedotron brownline lights with a 1600 w/s pack, 3 heads, softbox and a few umbrellas.

The site leads/ co-leads are listed in bold in the list above. If you have not heard from your site lead by the end of the week please send them a private message to make sure you are all set.

Can I be Co-leader in Decatur?  If not, I'd be willing to lead or co-lead in Norcross.  I wasn't able to make the meeting tonight, but I could get the notes from someone.... very excited for this year's event! alex@alexthephotoguy.com

For the Bankhead Hwy site I have gotten agreement from several folks to help us out there.

Yes, I have Nikon D7000, SB700 and couple of lenses, 18% gray card. Can I come between 8AM - 6PM. I can be there from 8AM to 12 noon. Is that ok ? Do you guys have backdrops and floor drops ?
