Where? I have a few locations and other photographers in the group have offered up the use of their studios for people who want to use the route to bus people in.
How Big? Depends on the organization you are partnering with. If you need a location, contact me and I will point you in the right direction
How many photogs and volunteers per location? It depends on the location and people that you are serving.

Estimated that one set up could photograph 4-6 families per hour.
Try not to focus on speed as much as the experience of allowing them to be in front of the lens and feeling special

We also discussed with Ryan Brannen the website developer the idea of setting up a local website/blog to track some of the local happenings.
