Yesterday after the meeting I went over to Inspirador in Chandler and talked to the owner and they are more than willing to give us their location for December 12th.

Hi. I just found out about this from a friend in another city. I'm not a professional photographer, but I'd like to join in and try. And if all else fails I can help in other ways like food donations or whatever other help.

I guess I'm not clear, but do we have them printed them ourselves?
or are there businesses on board who we take the photos to? Sorry for asking such a basic question...
All questions are welcome! Currently we are planning on having the images printed there. And we could absolutely use your help, we have a lot of positions to fill, and as this is the first time we are doing this we are going to need as many people as we can get!
We have SAVE THE FAMILY an NPO on board for the Chandler Location. And a few more interested organizations across the valley, Who else has solidified locations and is interested in helping some of the other organizations?

Is the group planning one big location, or multiple locations to serve?

Has the idea of an outdoor location like a city park with some waterscapes been considered as well? This would lend well to photographers who want to participate but lack full studio gear.

Also what times are being planned on the 12th, all day? shifts?

Just putting the feelers out after a first glance.

There will be multiple locations Ryan. I like the idea of using a park for those without a lot of equipment. I will try to get some locations scouted and let you know what I find and if you could do the same maybe that would be great!

Currently there are a couple of locations, I believe Hollye is going to be at a School in PHX/Scottsdale photographing the youth. Well be at Inspirador in Chandler working with Families. We do have a small space With Natural light at Inspirador, big enough for 2 stations. I would caution outdoor locations as right now it is fairly chilly and if your providing prints, power, editing space and restrooms could be an issue.

And Next week there will be a group at the Phoenix Childrens Hospital.
what about reaching out to local youth outreach centers across the valley? and or title 1 schools?
I am a pro Photographer as well, and I plan on helping as much as possible. I just found out about this an hour ago...do we have final details and locations? and times?
I know of a title 1 school up north in Pine Arizona that is in dire need of any type of help. This photog thing would really bring smiles to their faces.

I would like to volunteer for this event if you still need and want people. While not a professional photographer, I do have many years of amateur experience. I think this is a great event and just want to know what you need from volunteers, and the when and where.
