VOLUNTEERS

Please sign up below if you can be any of the following OR can bring OR donate any of the following::

MUA's : Make-up Artist (anyone who enjoys doing make-up)

PRINTERS : Anyone with a printer who would be willing to bring it and let us print off of it for the day.

LAPTOPS : Anyone with a laptop and can print pictures from it

DRINKS/SNACKS : Cookies, Veggies, Fruit, Water, Juice, etc...

PHOTO PAPER: Nice 8.5 x 11 photo paper to print on - this way each person/family can get (3) 4x6's on one page

PHOTO SLEEVES (4x6) : To put the finished product in and a place for them to store it.

GREETERS : Anyone who can welcome the clients in!

ASSISTANTS : Anyone to guide the families around to each station and just be there as needed.

RUNNERS : Anyone to hang signs, keep the snack table full, take on last min tasks . . .

Hey Brenda, what's the date again this year? I'll try to be there shooting and may be able to recruit another shooter.

I'll be able to shoot or assist this year. Let me know if you would like to be bring lights and abackdrop. I'll bring some snacks and drinks.

Mark, yes, bring your backdrops and stands. I did last year and it makes a difference. We need at least 3 shooting "stations" to make the day go smoothly with the families coming in. Thank you!

I'm new... just came from a Koinonia event and heard about Help-Portrait day on 12/10. Where is it taking place? Are there time "shifts" for volunteers? Is there an age requirement for the runners and greeters? I'd like to look into the possibility of volunteering with my daughter. Thanks!
