Here's what I have available for equipment, and a list of things I need to complete the list for my shooting station.
HAVE
Gerette: Nikon DSLR D80 with 18-135 lens, and 50 prime lens 2 light stands
2 Alien Bees with silver dish attachments
2 background stands with pole that holds a background
Grey paper Background, 36 inches wide
1 Nikon Hot shoe flash
1 off-camera cord, short, only like 12 inches
1 extension cord
1 power cord (anti surge)box that converts one outlet to 6
2 shoot-through umbrellas that convert to reflectors
NEED
Laptop with Lightroom
Cord to Tether Camera for easier workflow (5-10ft)

Nice set up!
It looks like we are going to be able to have up to three backdrops set up. Glenn is bringing one and I am bringing one. I will be bringing my computer with Lightroom, but I think we are all going to have to share. There will probably be more photogs than computers. I'm speculating that we will shoot, take the shots to a computer, pick the shot with the child(ren) then do the final crop and convert to jpg for printing. There's a lot that will be worked out Saturday am.
I don't have a spare softbox. I don't even have a softbox. I've been using a 60" umbrella which works pretty well.
