Oh yes, I have reserved a 100 cup coffee pot and what they call a cambro (5 gallon) for hot water. I will pick it up Friday afternoon.

Just wanted to say we have 500 (8 1/2 x 11) fliers being donated by Mintueman Press in Albany and 5 (11 x 17) that will be laminated. 

 

Jones and I will have a small time slot on KRKT of Friday morning to talk about Help-Portrait so tune in ;) I'm so excited to be part of this event this year and can't wait to see all the beautiful faces on Dec. 10th.

I just put something up on FB asking for volunteers, so hopefully we will be hearing from more people soon.  I've heard back from 3 people so far.

Hi everyone!  I'm in for meeting next week and getting the ball rolling!  Morning meetings work for me.  I could do lunch on Wednesday, 11/2 or Friday, 11/4.  After work is good on any day except Wednesday.  Thanks!

I would be happy to meet to get the ball rolling, though I'm afraid this year that I need to take more of a back seat role.  Last year I was the primary organizer, and with a new (third) baby, I'm just a little overwhelmed.  =)  However, Josh and I would be happy to participate, and I can certainly pass on the materials and information from last year!  We have also been trying to communicate via facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/131229516930405/.  I think Josh and/or I would be able to do a lunch or evening meeting most days next week other than Monday.  =)

Hey, all - was wondering if folks were interested in meeting next week sometime to get the ball rolling.  Does morning (7AM), lunch, or at the end of the workday (5PM) work best for folks?
