Good morning Baltimore, as the wheels move along for this year's help portrait, we'd love to get an idea of the volunteers coming to Help Portrait in Baltimore this year.
If you are able to come, can you please post a reply to this thread. Include your name, type of volunteer, and equipment you're able to bring if you are a photographer?
Thanks in advance! It's going to be an exciting time!

Permalink Reply by Tanya Curtis on November 21, 2011 at 11:15am I really could use flyers. Can I print out my own generic type to hand out?
Permalink Reply by Tonika Garibaldi on November 21, 2011 at 11:28am Can we invite people to this event? I teach at a family center and a lot of the families have limited income or none. Is it o.k. to encourage them to come, or do you already have a certain group of people that you work with?
absolutely! If you feel they could use our services totally invite them! there are some fliers available on the Help Portrait website...in there with the merchandise!

Permalink Reply by Wes Linda on November 21, 2011 at 4:30pm Hey Tanya. I'm going to print some flyers here at the office. There are PDF files on the HP web site that can be printed as well if you want to save some time from a design standpoint.
We did ask for an update on the order we had and appraently, it'll be next week before we get the flyers that we ordered as they are not available yet from the printers.
Hopefully HP will work on improving that time line for next year.
If you guys want some flyers from here, just let me know.
