Frank, I sent a roster for the NE Atlanta Sites. Let me know if you have any questions.

A revised volunteer schedule has been posted. If you are assigned to one of the Gwinnett locations, Jim Bowman has a separate schedule showing assignments.
Thanks Jim for letting me know. i can come out and help for a few hours in the morning. I do have a laptop I can bring, as well as backdrop stands, but I won't be able to be there the entire time, and I live in Canton. I can bring them for the time I'm there no problem. My husband works at the Mall of Ga. Macaroni grill, so the plan was for me to meet him there with our kids at 3. I only have elements 2 on my laptop and am not very skilled in PS anyway, but I'm happy to do basic post processing. The monitor is also not callibrated, and usually no wireless connection, but if you want I can do what I can do on it, and if someone can bring a back up drive it'll be easy transferring. Oh also, can you give me a head count on the volunteers? My husband will donate food for them from Mac Grill.
Do u need a hair girl? I have one who will come too!

Jessica,
I am coordinating the Gwinnett sites. I have the photographer slots filled, but would welcome you to come help out as an alternate photographer and perhaps you could do some post processing as well.

My greatest needs at the moment are for people with laptops and I desperately need some back drop stands...

Jim

Hey I just found out about you guys through PPR on FB. I signed up, and am available for the two morning time slots. It kind of looks like you guys are full maybe everywhere but Gwinnett?? I have no idea how this works. Gwinnett might work out for me, if there is still need there for photographers. How do I contact ther person who is coordinating out there? Any help would be appreciated!!
Awesome!
As far as the hair person goes, we have not allowed for this in the time slot/ scheduling. I am afraid we will not have sufficient time for them to work their magic. That said, I would welcome them to work in some other capacity.
Concerning the food, I will get a head count for you by the end of the weekend.
Any way we could use the stands for the whole day? I will take responsibility for them, and get them back to you on Sunday
after the event.

Please do bring your laptop, basic post proccessing is all I am after. Some of our machines don't have any flavor of PhotoShop at all, some are using The Gimp or Picassa.

Concerning the NE Atlanta/ Gwinnett Sites:
The attached PDF has both location assignment as well as equipment information. Anyone who has questions OR equipment to plug any holes, just let me know.

Ok I'll let her know, and see if she still wants to come. I posted it on my FB and fan pages and hopefully will generate something there too. Yes please on the head count. As far as the stands, makes me a little bit nervous since I've never even met you, but I'm willing to go out on a limb for a good cause. I will be gone all day on Sunday at the Falcons/Saints game. We're leaving here around 10 I think, maybe even earlier, and won't be home until 5:30 at best. So yes you can, but I won't be able to meet you anywhere or anything like that, unless you wanted to bring them down there! :-) In which case I could meet you prior to the game. I would need them back asap since I use one of them as a reflector stand! I don't know where you're at, but I'm in Canton.

Also, I'm not on the Roster so let me know where I'll be needed. I'm not even sure which one is closer to me, but I guess it doens't really matter. I just need to be able to be at Mall of Ga. by 2:40-3:00.
Hey Frank,

I still couldnt see my name on the list. Would appreciate it if you could add me to the afternoon session as a photog. Thanks.

Due to the number of volunteers, there are no open slots right now. I have you on the list as an Additional Volunteer. Please feel free to stop by in the afternoon and check in with the site leader for your task.

I would like to volunteer my time and equpiment , Im not sure if you have anything scheduled in the lawrenceville area if not i could reach out to some churches and empowerment facilites, Please let me know if this could be of service or what your needs are. Thans so much for starting this group. A photo is art its historical documentation it can show the inner beauty that for whatever reasons the subject may not see them self as they look in the mirror. A moment in time that can be cherished forever.
