Greeley Colorado Help Portrait

jpeg logo download not working?
I've tried 8 times today on 2 different computers and when I try to open the logo to download (both hi-res and low-res) all I get is a red X. When I click the EPS one, it says "account error: missing data volume".
Is anyone else having trouble downloading logos? Is there anyone who can email them to me, or have a different link to try? Thanks :)
